We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, FPX, PayPal).
We do not store any customer financial or card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Once handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by customer
Product dissatisfaction unrelated to manufacturing defect

All returns must follow the approved process.
