At Miya Tails, every piece is thoughtfully handmade and prepared with care.
Because of this, we approach returns and refunds with clarity and fairness — for both you and our small family team.
Made-to-Order & Hygiene Considerations
Most Miya Tails items are made-to-order or prepared in small batches.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference once an item has been worn, used, or tried on by a pet.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help before purchase.
CalmCore™ Products
CalmCore™ is a non-medical, non-therapeutic botanical companion system designed to offer gentle presence, not guaranteed behavioural or emotional outcomes.
As individual pet responses vary, we are unable to offer refunds based on perceived effectiveness or personal expectations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping & Delivery Delays
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Method
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed as:
