We know how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how Miya Pet Tailor processes, packs, and ships your order β€” and what to expect once it’s on the way.


🚚 Processing Time

All items are handmade and/or made to order. We typically require:

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days to process

  • Made-to-order/custom items: 7–21 business days to create

  • Custom projects or high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons) may require additional time. You will be notified if delays occur.


🌏 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia (WM & EM)

  • Singapore

  • Selected international regions (Please contact us before ordering if unsure)

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size of your order.
Free shipping may be available for specific campaigns or minimum order values (details will be stated at checkout).

All products are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely. Sustainable packaging may be used where possible.

If you have multiple orders within a short period, we may consolidate shipping to reduce packaging waste β€” please notify us if you prefer separate deliveries.


🧾 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and tracking link.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel and ensure someone is available to receive it.


⚠️ Delivery Delays / Damages / Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier or customs

  • Parcels marked as β€œdelivered” but not received (please contact the courier)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Any import taxes or customs fees for international orders

However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the courier and providing shipment evidence.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong address and the parcel has not shipped yet, contact us within 6 hours to update it.
We cannot redirect parcels once they are dispatched.
