Getting the right size starts with accurate measurements! Here's what you need:

🐾 Neck Circumference

Measure the thickest part of your pet’s neck – usually where a collar would sit. This is the most important measurement for bibs and collars.

🐱 Fur Type

For long-haired pets, we recommend allowing a little extra room (+1–2 cm) to ensure comfort and freedom of movement.

🧵 Handmade Margin

All Miya Tails items are lovingly handcrafted – please allow a 1cm variation in sizing for handmade tolerance.

Tip : If your pet falls between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. When in doubt, feel free to reach out – we’re happy to help you choose the perfect fit!

Measure your pet’s neck circumference and refer to our size chart. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for comfort.

Can I customize the collar for my pet?

Yes! We offer personalized sizing and style recommendations. Just send us a photo of your pet, and we’ll help suggest the best fit and fabric

What if my rabbit/cat hates wearing collars?

All our collars are made lightweight and comfy. For sensitive pets, we recommend our “Mini Charm” or “Lace Soft” series.

Can I return or exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

For ready-to-ship items, exchanges are available within 7 days. Custom pieces are non-refundable, so please check size carefully or reach out before ordering.

How do I measure my pet’s size? What if I get it wrong?

Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?

For ready-made products: Yes, you can exchange once as long as the item is unused ✔️

For customized items: Due to the personalized nature, we’re unable to offer exchanges — so please double-check with us before placing your order!

How long will it take to make and ship my order?

Customized orders take 7–14 working days (excluding weekends). Ready-made items ship out within 2-3 days 🚚

During holidays or peak periods, we’ll let you know the estimated timeline in advance.

Can I choose specific fabric colors or accessories?

Yes! You can choose from our current collection of bows, bells, and fabrics 💎
